SHIPPING
Most orders process and ship within 10 business days. This is not a guarantee that all orders will ship this quickly, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. Sensualz does not ship out any products until all payments are cleared through the bank. Once it ships and email confirmation with tracking information will be emailed to you.
HOW TO RETURN/CANCEL AN ITEM

We offer easy no hassle returns. Simply, return your item and we will take care of the rest. Please be sure to include your order ID on the outside of the box so we can issue the credit to the proper order. If you have any questions, you may contact us at

**We must be notified within 24 hours via e-mail (customerservice@chiselz.com) for order cancellation
**We cannot accept returns on hosiery, novelties, certain lingerie, or any intimate apparel due to health regulations.
** We will happily replace any defective item with a new, identical, working item free of charge. Damaged returns must be postmarked within 14 days of initial receipt.
**We do NOT accept returns on open packages.
**All clothing returns must be unworn and have original tags in place.
**On all exchanges customer is responsible for costs associated with sending the returned items.
**Refused packages by the buyer returned to us are subjected to 25% restocking fee.
**Packages which are marked returned, but have been opened, may not be accepted.
